Our mission is to bring safety and confidence to the everyday person and to create a world where people live without fear in a safe environment.

Who Are We?

We are a network of specially trained professional instructors, some of which have championship titles and some have practiced for nearly 40 years.  All from various backgrounds who understand the same principles and practical application of effective defense that will work to protect themselves from a larger stronger attacker.

The founder of Angel Defense, Robert Lennon, has trained in martial arts since 1979. Since getting married and having two little girls of his own, his inspiration to help women and children all over the world has been re-ignited to a higher level.  The program has now grown to include programs for children, women, and men alike.

Our instructor staff:

• Master Robert Lennon – Korean Military Tae Kwon Do & Hap Ki Do (40 years experience)

• Robert Meltzer – Tang Soo Do (30 yrs experience)
